Bucks County Intermediate Unit is seeking an Anticipated Speech Language Pathologist for the 26-27 School Year to provide evidence-based supports to students with communicative disabilities across various educational settings.
About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess needs, plan strategies, and deliver supports to students with communicative disabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing Individual Educational Plans (IEPs), collecting and analyzing data for progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues. You will work in general and special education classrooms, specialized schools, and community settings, providing services in areas such as speech sound disorders, voice, language, and augmentative communication.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania Department of Education Certificate in Speech-Language Impaired PK-12
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Preferred:
- License to practice Speech Language Pathology issued by PA Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs
- Strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate for Long Term Substitute (LTS) positions
