About the Role
As an AOI/X-Ray Production Lead, you will ensure high-quality inspection results, maintain equipment performance, and support continuous improvement in defect detection and product quality. You will guide employees towards achieving company goals, promote a positive team culture, and enhance team performance. Your responsibilities include training machine technicians, performing troubleshooting, collaborating with the quality team, and ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Knowledge of electronic components and equipment.
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards.
- 1+ year of lead or supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
