About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred.
- 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance.
- Plumbing and electrical skills required.
- EPA Universal certification and HVAC repair experience required.
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry.
- CPO Certification.
- Working knowledge of appliances including washers and dryers.
