- DoD Secret security clearance or equivalent.
- Minimum 6-8 years of related fighter experience with flightline exposure.
- Experience with F-16 or heavy flightline operations.
- Experience as a Crew Chief or plane captain.
- Knowledge of aircraft systems operation and maintenance.
