About the Role
As an API Platform Lead, you will lead and mentor engineers on API development practices, integrate the API platform with vendor SaaS solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive best practices in API management, ensure security and reliability of API services, and engage with stakeholders to deliver tailored API solutions.
About You
Required:
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on API architecture and management.
- Expertise in API Management frameworks like Kong, Apigee, Mulesoft or similar.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud).
- Deep understanding of API security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
