As an Apoyo para Niños con Autismo, you will provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions, support skill development, implement individualized treatment plans, and create a positive learning environment. You will also collaborate with families to enhance treatment outcomes and accurately record session data.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish.
- Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience as an ABA Therapist or working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Experience in behavior technician, education, or early childhood development roles.
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
