About the Role
About You
- HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1+ years of experience with appliance repair, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or property maintenance
- Ability/experience diagnosing and repairing major appliances
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer aptitude including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid state driver's license and ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain CFC Certification within 6 months
- 6+ months of experience with Refrigeration repair
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- CFC Certified
- Certification in appliance repair or associate’s degree
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
