About the Role
As an Application Engineer, you will conduct pre-sale activities, develop manufacturing processes, provide technical support, design cutting demos, and support training for customers. You will also communicate project updates and perform various technical tasks related to sales support.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology or related skilled trade, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment (Tool & Die, job shop, or high-volume production).
- Strong experience in G&M code programming for multi-task turning centers and 5-axis CNC machining.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Siemens CNC controls.
- Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens NX, VERICUT) and CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools and lean manufacturing concepts.
Preferred:
- Experience with Doosan / DN Solutions equipment (SMX, DVF series).
