About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of industry experience, ideally in the personal hygiene business.
- Knowledge of water-based adhesives in tissue & towel markets.
- Strong analytical, mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills in English.
- Experience with tissue & towel manufacturing equipment.
- Project management, organizational, and digital skills (Salesforce, AI tools preferred).
- Spanish language skills.
