Responsibilities include analyzing and preparing RFQs from multiple sources, engaging with customers to clarify requirements, conducting technical reviews of 3D models and 2D drawings to provide DFM feedback, performing basic file modifications using software like SolidWorks, Inventor, or Magics, maintaining quote databases, responding to customer service requests, and collaborating cross-functionally with Applications Engineering and Sales to deliver custom solutions.

About You

Required:

Associate degree or higher in a technology field or equivalent practical experience
Strong interest and aptitude in technical tools, including experience with or willingness to learn 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Magics) and 2D drawing review
Demonstrated technical aptitude to quickly grasp general technical aspects of various manufacturing technologies
Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills, able to interact politely and enthusiastically with customers and coworkers

Preferred:

Vocational training or direct experience in injection molding
Familiarity with die casting, stamping, and metal extrusion
