About the Role
As a Manager in the Oracle - Application Evolution Services team, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning while mentoring junior staff. Your responsibilities include managing ITIL processes, tracking SLAs, overseeing contracting processes, and leading proposal development efforts. You will also be tasked with delivering quality deliverables and developing solutions for complex problems.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in a consulting or IT services environment
Preferred:
- Experience managing ITIL processes and tracking SLAs
- Full lifecycle ERP project and delivery management experience
- Prior experience as Project Lead or Manager
- Experience in leading Managed Services projects
- Client interaction at leadership level
- Utilizing ITIL incident and problem management
