As an Application Scientist, you will be responsible for leading evaluations of flavors in applications, selecting flavors for projects based on specified requirements, and collaborating with various teams to develop commercial innovations. You will also manage projects while maintaining a safe and organized lab environment.
About You
Required:
- B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or other relevant field with work experience.
- 4+ years experience in a food applications lab, production, or related area.
- Understanding of food applications, ingredients, and processes with experience in customers' food manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of flavor reactions/interactions in common food products.
Preferred:
- Experience with specific technical applications and basic skills in multiple application areas.
