About the Role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing L2 support for PossibleNOW applications, troubleshooting Java-based services, performing root cause analysis, and managing incidents using ITSM tools. You will also monitor application health using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace, support REST/SOAP integrations, execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, and ensure compliance and security of applications.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
4+ years of Application/Production Support experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java applications.
Experience with PossibleNOW platform or similar compliance/consent management systems.
Experience using Splunk for log analysis.
Experience using Dynatrace or other APM tools.
Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data validation.
Understanding of Linux/Unix commands.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Preferred:

Experience in Financial Services / Regulated environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, AWS DevOps).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
Familiarity with batch processing and file transfers (SFTP, Connect:Direct).
Experience with automation/scripting (Shell/Python).
