About the Role
As an Applications Administrator, you will administer and configure software applications, manage user access, develop reports and dashboards, conduct user acceptance testing, provide Help Desk support, and collaborate with various departments to resolve issues. You will also participate in on-call rotations for application support.
About You
Required:
- Experience administering and supporting enterprise software applications.
- Knowledge of software application administration in courts and justice, finance, community development, business licensing, appraisal and tax, or water department operations.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Tyler Technologies (Enterprise Justice, ERP, EPL, Appraisal & Tax) or water systems (Cogsdale, CityWorks).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
