As an Applications Analyst II, you will be responsible for app building, testing, and support, collaborating with vendors and operations teams, preparing reports, translating business requirements into build specifications, and driving process improvements. Proficiency in supporting Epic Radiant, Cadence, and Order workflows with a focus on Radiology, Cardiology, and Vascular is crucial.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor preferred).
- Epic certification is required.
- Five (5) or more years of experience relevant to assigned portfolio in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in supporting Epic Radiant, Cadence, Order workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex technical terms simply.
- Excellent verbal, written, customer service, and project management skills.
- Mentoring and educating junior team members.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
