About the Role
As an Applications Analyst II, you will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of third-party clinical applications. Your responsibilities will include serving as a liaison between users and vendors, managing project phases from requirements gathering to testing, and ensuring application uptime through regular updates and user support. You will also contribute to process improvements and solve complex problems while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree with 1 year previous experience in IT or relevant user experience OR minimum of three (3) years of relevant IT experience.
- Two (2) or more years of experience relevant to portfolio of responsibility in a healthcare setting or related industries.
Preferred:
- Ability to communicate complex technical terms in simple terms for all customer groups.
- Experience with general application management providing support, maintenance, and implementation for third-party clinical applications.
- Direct experience with Provation (GI), Obix (OB), Polysmith (Sleep), Natus (Neurology), BreezeConnect (Pulmonology), Metriq (Cancer Registry) and other ancillary applications.
