About the Role
As an Applications Support Analyst, you will perform a variety of analyst functions involving complex technical duties related to the timely and reliable functioning of computer software programs. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting applications, running software performance tests, communicating issues to stakeholders, and assisting in the design and improvement of software applications. You will also serve as a liaison between the IT department and other office departments, ensuring that business and technical requirements are met.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, business, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in organizational management and large enterprise application support for Applications Support Analyst; or seven (7) years for Sr. Applications Support Analyst.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and techniques in VBScript, Workflows, ETL scripting, SQL Server Management Studio, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred:
- An emphasis in Information Technology and Systems Analysis.
- Hands-on knowledge with enterprise and desktop applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel features.
