About the Role
As an Apprentice - Field Service Technician, you will ride with a seasoned technician, receive classroom training, and gain hands-on experience. After training, you will be responsible for performing planned maintenance and repairs on forklifts, utility vehicles, and other equipment at customer sites. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, providing customer service, and ensuring equipment safety and operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Basic automotive maintenance experience (oil changes, brake and/or belt replacement).
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Preferred:
- Experience using basic shop equipment and various hand tools.
- Customer service driven.
