About You
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in New Hampshire, or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in endocrinology, internal medicine, or primary care.
- Certification in diabetes education (CDE/CDCES) is a plus.
- Passion for patient-centered care and education.
