About the Role

As an APRN / PA Inpatient - Critical Care, you will function in a specialized area of advanced practice, serving as a practitioner, mentor, consultant, educator, researcher, and manager. Your responsibilities will include assessing and diagnosing patients, developing treatment plans, performing diagnostic procedures, and providing education to patients and families. You will also document patient care accurately and work collaboratively with medical and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.

About You

Required:

Graduation from an accredited program for Advanced Nurse or Physician Assistant.
1 year of directly related experience.
Current CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification.
Advanced Practice RN or Physician Assistant License & NCCPA Certification.
Prescriptive Authority from the State of New Mexico.

Preferred:

Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages.
3 years of directly related experience.
Pediatric Nursing Certification as applicable.
ACLS or PALS certification within 30 days of hire.
