As the Aquatics Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the swimming facility, ensuring safety standards, developing aquatics programs, and managing staff. You will also plan and execute departmental goals, champion a member-centered culture, and facilitate training and meetings for staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Graduate or Equivalent
- Experience in fitness, retail, recreation management, or hospitality industries
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for member service
- Ability to pursue American Red Cross Lifeguard certification and YMCA swim lesson instructor certification upon hire
Preferred:
- Experience supervising and managing staff
- Experience providing high-end member service and managing member concerns
