Racine Unified School District is seeking an Aquatics Director to oversee the operations, programming, maintenance, and administration of the RUSD Aquatic Center in Racine County, WI.
About the Role
As the Aquatics Director, you will manage the daily operations of the Aquatic Center, supervise staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and develop aquatic programs for the community. Your responsibilities will include facility scheduling, staff training, budget management, and maintaining water quality standards.
About You
Required:
High school diploma required.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience related to aquatic facility operations, aquatic programming, or lifeguard supervision.
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor degree in recreation management, sports management, education, or a related field.
Experience managing or supervising staff.
