About the Role
As an Aquatics Instructor, you will be responsible for developing, promoting, teaching, and evaluating aquatics-related classes. You will maintain up-to-date rosters for classes, assist in maintaining aquatics facilities, and keep your supervisor informed of work progress and any potential problems. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
About You
Required:
- Any combination of education and experience that would enable the employee to perform the job duties.
- Possession of or the ability to readily obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certification within six (6) months of employment.
Preferred:
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding or equivalent certification.
- Current American Red Cross Basic Swim Instructor (BSI) or Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification.
