About the Role
As an Aquatics Technician, you will be responsible for preparing the facilities for daily operations, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules for aquatics equipment, maintaining pool filters, managing chemical checks, and assisting with cleaning and inventory management. You will also supervise chlorine and pH levels to ensure compliance with health standards.
About You
Required:
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatics Facility Operator (AFO) certification or ability to earn within 60 days of hire.
- 2-3 years' experience in aquatics facility operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills and detail-oriented.
Preferred:
- Mechanically oriented with experience in commercial pool pump room operations and pool chemicals.
- Experience in customer service and leadership.
- Action-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude.
