Summary
Prometheus Group is seeking an AR Analyst to join their global AR Team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves working with customers to collect on outstanding commitments and contributing to the efficiency of financial operations.
About the Role
As an AR Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating timely resolution of outstanding obligations, engaging clients for necessary documentation, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address various financial issues. You will also review contracts, identify open credits, forecast payment activity, and assist with critical projects as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Outstanding organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization and task management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Excellent communication skills including clear and concise writing.
Preferred:
- One to two years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional candidates with no prior experience will be considered.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute as an essential member of the team.
