GEA Group is seeking an AR Billing Specialist to join their team in York, PA. The role involves managing daily billing processes for spare parts and service projects within NAM service.
About the Role
As an AR Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding billing, creating and transmitting invoices, managing customer information related to online portals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure prompt payment. You will also balance open tasks with other staff support priorities and perform other service department tasks as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or another Business area preferred; Associate's Degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in a billing role (preferably business to business) supporting inside sales to demanding industrial customers.
Preferred:
- Computer literacy including knowledge of SAP, MS Axapta, CRM, MS Office.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
