Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join their team in Laguna Woods, CA. The role involves tree climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders in performing tree and shrub care services.
About the Role
As an Arborist Climber, you will be responsible for performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader. Your tasks will include tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, and maintaining tools and equipment. You will also need to adhere to safety rules and company policies while demonstrating a passion for nature and the outdoors.
About You
Required:
- At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry.
- Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
Preferred:
- Experience with tree risk assessments and proper pruning techniques.
- Knowledge of safety rules and company safety policies.
