About the Role
As an Arborist Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals. You will maintain and operate equipment, manage crews, ensure proper training, and communicate with clients while fostering a passion for nature and the outdoors.
About You
Required:
- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
- Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
- Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
