About the Role
As an Arborist Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals. You will maintain and operate equipment, manage crews, ensure proper training, and communicate with clients. This position requires a passion for nature and the outdoors, as well as the ability to work year-round in various weather conditions.
About You
Required:
- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred:
- Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Experience in supervising and managing crews.
