About the Role
As an Arborist Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and performing various aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals. You will ensure that all crew members are trained for their assignments, maintain and operate equipment, and communicate effectively with clients. This position requires a passion for nature and the outdoors, as well as the ability to work year-round in all weather conditions.
About You
Required:
- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
- Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
- Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
Preferred:
- Experience in supervising and managing crews.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety practices.
