About the Role
As an Arborist Ground Person, you will learn through on-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning trees, rigging, cabling and bracing, and removal of hazardous trees. You will also maintain and operate equipment, implement work zone safety procedures, and assist Arborist Climbers and Crew Leaders.
About You
Required:
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, or horticulture experience.
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science or a related field.
