About the Role
As an Architectural Job Captain, you will be responsible for providing architectural consultation from Design Development through to Construction Administration. Your tasks will include applying advanced architectural concepts, reviewing designs for compliance, monitoring project budgets and schedules, and maintaining documentation. You will also supervise technical staff and ensure positive relationships with clients and consultants.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years' experience in architecture, with at least 1 year as a job captain.
- Proficient in building codes and production of construction drawings.
Preferred:
- Experience in Residential Housing.
- Graduate of a NAAB accredited 4- or 5-year architecture school.
