About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, or other engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience with a digital modeling platform (Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- 3+ years of professional experience in facilities design, renovation, or construction.
- 5+ years of working knowledge of digital modeling platform and management tools (Navisworks, BIM 360, Autodesk Force and/or ReCap).
- 1+ years’ experience in BlueBeam Revu / Extreme software and collaboration management.
- Skilled in reading, interpreting and creating engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management best practices.
- Excellent document management and organizational skills.
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
- Familiarity with industry standards & codes.
- Experience with importing and exporting metadata from models into lifecycle management tools.
- Ability to create / modify custom applications.
- Self-starter with a drive to pursue continued education on technologies utilized in the company.
