PM Design Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager with retail, restaurant, and commercial architectural experience to join their team in Irvine, CA. The role involves managing multiple architectural projects, client consultation, contract administration, and team leadership.
About the Role
The Architectural Project Manager will manage multiple projects at various stages, consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements, ensure designs meet aesthetic and regulatory standards, oversee contract documents including drawings and specifications, administer contracts, negotiate fees, monitor budgets and billings, prepare additional service requests, conduct quality assurance reviews, resolve complex technical and design issues, and provide support, guidance, and training to the team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in an accredited Architecture program
- Minimum of 10 years experience as an architect (15 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to interact professionally and build excellent interpersonal relationships
- Experience with client interaction and ability to lead and mentor a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and techniques
- Proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration
Preferred:
- Registered Architect licensure in the state of Ohio
