Summary
The Will Group is seeking an Architectural Staff professional to support the design and delivery of K–12, commercial, and private building projects within a collaborative architecture and engineering environment in Coles County, IL.
About the Role
As an Architectural Staff, you will contribute to all phases of design—from programming through construction documents—while coordinating with in-house engineering teams and developing your technical and professional skills under the guidance of senior staff. Your responsibilities will include assisting with architectural design and documentation, developing plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules, coordinating with structural, civil, and MEP disciplines, supporting construction administration activities, and applying building codes and accessibility standards.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma required.
- 2–10 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Associates in Architectural Technology.
- Interest in collaborative, multidisciplinary project work.
