About the Role
About You
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent foreign degree required.
- Veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with applicable state veterinary boards.
- 3 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery practice.
- Experience in managing veterinary teams and driving engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing talent and managing conflict.
