About the Role
As an Area Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a ministry plan, providing spiritual leadership, engaging and empowering coaches and athletes, overseeing staff recruitment and development, and serving as the chief fundraiser. You will work closely with the Regional Vice President and other stakeholders to fulfill the FCA Vision and Mission while adhering to biblical standards.
About You
Required:
- Strong commitment to FCA's Christian Community Statement and biblical standards.
- Experience in ministry leadership and staff development.
Preferred:
- Background in fundraising and financial management.
- Experience in sports ministry or working with athletes and coaches.
