Summary
International Paper is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager - Finished Products to join their team in Pine Hill, AL. The role involves supervising and coordinating electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks in the Finished Products area.
About the Role
As the Area Maintenance Manager, you will report to the Pine Hill Maintenance & Engineering Manager and be responsible for supervising and developing employees, coordinating maintenance work for maximum equipment reliability, maintaining and improving the preventive/predictive maintenance system, and participating in maintenance budgeting and strategic planning.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years industrial maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Demonstrated competence in reliability fundamentals and ability to use a CMMS (preferably SAP PM).
- Computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and coordinate activities of various trades.
- Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills: written, oral, and listening.
Preferred:
- Paper Mill industry experience.
