About You
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years manufacturing experience or AA Degree with 2 years manufacturing experience.
- Understanding of data analysis and root cause analysis on machines and processes.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proven leadership ability.
- Knowledge of Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Professional Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
