Your responsibilities will include providing spiritual leadership, engaging with coaches and athletes, overseeing volunteer recruitment and training, managing finances, and ensuring adherence to biblical standards and FCA policies.
About You
Required:
- Strong commitment to FCA's Christian Community Statement.
- Experience in ministry or leadership roles within a church or similar organization.
Preferred:
- Background in sports or coaching.
