Your responsibilities will include providing spiritual leadership, engaging with coaches and athletes, overseeing volunteer recruitment and training, managing finances, and ensuring adherence to FCA policies and biblical standards.
About You
Required:
- Strong commitment to FCA's Christian Community Statement and biblical standards.
- Experience in ministry or leadership roles within a church or similar organization.
Preferred:
- Background in sports ministry or experience working with athletes and coaches.
- Skills in fundraising and financial management.
