- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7 years of experience with at least 5 years in an operational and engineering environment working with mechanical equipment & rotating machinery.
- Demonstrated exceptional operational safety leadership.
- Good technical and communication skills with solid interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience working with high speed rotating machinery.
- Air Separation experience and knowledge.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies.
