StatLab is seeking an Arlington Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within the injection molding department in Arlington, TX. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while managing personnel and driving process improvements.
About the Role
As the Arlington Operation Manager, you will manage the injection molding manufacturing processes, develop and monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with safety and health standards. You will plan and direct operations to meet production goals, evaluate machine performance, and collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related experience.
- 7+ years in injection molding manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and auxiliary systems.
- Experience with thermoplastics, thermosets, or elastomers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling software.
- Deep understanding of mold design and processing parameters.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Benefits
- Salary range of $80k–$90k annually.
- Annual bonus potential of 5%.
