About You
- Four year degree.
- 1-4 years of Art Direction experience with a portfolio showcasing your craft.
- Creative agency experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical ecosystem.
- Expertise in design systems, with Figma preferred.
- Robust design portfolio combining print and web.
- Mastery of design tools and software programs.
- Experience in strategic brainstorming and campaign development.
- In-depth understanding of HTML/dHTML and web browser capabilities.
- Experience implementing AI for comping.
- A great personality and eagerness to contribute to a fun creative culture.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
