About the Role
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with IBM i (AS/400), OS/400 operations, and system administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CL, RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, SQL/DB2, and file structures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with job scheduling tools and monitoring platforms.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Five or more years of experience with IBM AS/400.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and production support governance.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in environments with strict audit/compliance requirements (SOX, PCI, HIPAA).
- Exposure to modernization initiatives (APIs, integrations, automation).
- Experience coordinating across distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
