Summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Surgical Account Manager or Associate Surgical Account Manager for Upstate New York, focusing on innovative cardiovascular solutions.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for gaining distribution and utilization of advanced cardiac devices, managing clinical sites, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to drive growth in heart recovery solutions. You will engage with cardiac surgeons and cardiologists, staff major conferences, and build surgical verticals in established programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 10+ years experience in cardiac surgery and/or combined cardiology medical device sales for the Surgical Account Manager level.
- Proven track record of selling in an operating room.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac surgery and structural heart anatomy.
- Established relationships with Cardiac Surgeons across the region.
- Ability to travel 50%-75% overnight.
Preferred:
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in cardiac surgery and/or combined cardiology medical device clinical or sales for the Associate Account Manager level.
- Proven track record in leading and motivating teams to achieve quotas.
- Experience in technology adoption and market development.
- Direct patient support experience.
