About the Role
As an Aseptic Prep Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting manufacturing areas, transferring materials into the aseptic area, preparing parts for sterilization, and documenting all activities accurately. You will also assist with loading autoclaves and support operational excellence initiatives while ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and EHS standards.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
- Good documentation and math skills.
- Detail oriented and quality conscious.
- Team oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Willingness to work different shifts/weekends as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience with aseptic gowning and disinfection processes.
- Familiarity with sterilization equipment.
