About the Role

As a Bilingual Tax Advisor, you will help customers complete their taxes by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers, and interact with them through video communication software. This is a remote, customer-facing role aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and empowering clients in their tax preparation.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
