About the Role
As the Health Services Director, RN, you will collaborate with the Administrator in hiring and supervising care staff, develop work schedules, and serve as a member of the facility management team. You will also provide training to staff, oversee resident assessments, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while acting as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
About You
Required:
- Current and active state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a related healthcare setting.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions.
Preferred:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or LVN) with a strong long-term care background.
- Experience in training and staff development.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
