About the Role
As an Assembler on the 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also record production data and collaborate with team members to meet production goals while engaging in training and continuous improvement efforts.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- Prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
